ENTERPRISE AI ENGINEERING
AI innovation, engineered for control.
We build the engineering and governance layer that lets your company develop, test and scale AI agents and applications with speed, security and control.
THE PROBLEM
AI pilots rarely become operations.
The model works in the demo. What blocks production is everything around it.
-
No execution control
Nobody can say precisely what the agent can access, which tools it can call and when it needs human approval.
-
No traceability
When audit or compliance ask why a decision was made, there is no record of the input, the context and the action.
-
Every team integrates its own way
Models, data and tools are wired case by case. Nothing is reused, and every new agent starts from scratch.
WHAT A HARNESS IS
The structure around the model.
An AI harness is the software layer that wraps AI models and agents and controls how they run in production: which context they receive, which tools they may call, with what permissions, under which policies, how they are evaluated and what is recorded for audit and human intervention.
The model decides. The harness defines what it can see and do, enforces the rules before every action and records what happened.
With a shared harness, every new agent inherits identity, policies, tools and observability instead of rebuilding them.
- 01
Applications and agents
Assistants, automations and copilots that serve the operation.
- 02
Harness
Context, tools, permissions, policies, evaluation and audit on every run.
- 03
Models
Any provider, swappable without rewriting the agent.
- 04
Data, systems and processes
ERP, CRM, documents and internal APIs, accessed only where authorized.
WHAT WE DELIVER
Three fronts, one architecture.
SEAX works where enterprise AI usually fails: the step from experiment to operation.
-
Harness Engineering
The operational infrastructure for agents: the execution cycle with context, tools, permissions, memory, evaluation and human intervention.
-
AI Governance & Control
Governance built into the architecture, not into a spreadsheet. Experiments become operable, auditable systems.
-
Innovation Acceleration
From hypothesis to operation in short cycles, with standardized environments and a defined path to production.
WHO IT IS FOR
One harness, three buying decisions.
CIO
Scale AI without scaling risk.
Identity, policies and audit apply to every agent, so each new use case starts with governance from day one.
CTO
Architecture you do not rebuild per agent.
A shared runtime, Tool Gateway and evaluation remove repeated integration work and keep model choice out of agent code.
Business
Use cases in production, not in slides.
The path from prototype to operation is defined before the build, and the effect on productivity, revenue and cost is measured in the real process.
PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE
One core platform. Applications that inherit governance.
The Enterprise Harness is the foundation. Shadow AI and CRM AI are applications built on it, with the same policies, identities and records.
Applications
Shadow AI
Discovery, inventory and governance of AI use across the company.
CRM AI
Agents connected to sales operations, within CRM permissions.
Platform
Enterprise Harness
Runtime, identity, policies, authorized tools, logs, evaluation and execution control shared by every agent.
HOW WE WORK
Our own platform, delivered by engineering.
SEAX delivers neither software alone nor advice alone: SEAX engineers deploy the harness and build the use cases on top of it.
- 01
Assessment
We map use cases, risks, systems and the data involved.
- 02
Architecture
We design the harness, the policies and the autonomy limits of each agent.
- 03
Build
We build on the platform, with evaluation running from day one.
- 04
Operation
Observability, continuous evaluation and evolution of agents in production.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI harness?
An AI harness is the layer that controls how AI models and agents run in production: context, tools, permissions, policies, evaluation and a record of every action. The model decides; the harness sets the limits and keeps the trail.
What is the difference between a harness and an agent framework?
An agent framework helps you build the agent; a harness controls how it runs in production, with identity, policies, authorized tools, audit and evaluation. They complement each other, and the harness wraps agents built with any framework.
Is SEAX a consultancy or a platform?
SEAX is both by design: it has its own platform, the Enterprise Harness, and an engineering team that deploys it and builds custom harnesses and agents on top of it.
Which model providers does the harness support?
The harness works with any model provider, commercial or open-source. The model is configuration, not code, so switching providers does not require rewriting the agent.
Where does company data stay?
Company data stays in the customer infrastructure. The harness runs in the company cloud or dedicated environment, and agents only access what policies allow.
How does a project with SEAX start?
A project with SEAX starts with a 30-minute architecture session. It produces an assessment with use cases, risks and the initial harness design.
Build faster. Govern by design. Scale with confidence.
Accelerate AI innovation without compromising security, compliance, traceability or predictability.
