PLATFORM
The Enterprise Harness
The Enterprise Harness is the shared layer that provides runtime, identity, policies, authorized tools, logs, evaluation and execution control for every AI agent and application in the company.
COMPONENTS
Eight components, one execution cycle.
Every agent run goes through the same components, in the same order, with the same record.
Select a component to see what it does.
01Agent Runtime
Agent Runtime
Runs agents in isolation, with state, resource limits and controlled versions.
- isolated execution
- versioning
- resource limits
02Tool Gateway
Tool Gateway
The single point through which agents call external systems, with managed credentials and per-agent scope.
- managed credentials
- per-agent scope
- call log
03Policy Engine
Policy Engine
Evaluates every action before it runs and decides to allow, block or request human approval.
- policies as code
- allow / deny / review
- evaluation before the call
04Agent Identity
Agent Identity
Every agent has its own identity, an accountable owner and explicit permissions.
- accountable owner
- explicit permissions
- least privilege
05Context & Memory
Context & Memory
Gives the model only authorized context and controls what is retained between runs.
- authorized context
- controlled retention
- traceable sources
06Evaluation Pipeline
Evaluation Pipeline
Tests every agent version against case suites before and after deployment.
- test suites
- version comparison
- regression blocking
07Observability
Observability
Records input, context, tools called, decision and result for every run.
- audit trail
- cost per agent
- alerts
08Human-in-the-loop
Human-in-the-loop
Routes sensitive actions to human approval, with a defined deadline and owner.
- approval queues
- autonomy limits
- escalation
GOVERNANCE
Governance that happens at runtime.
In the Enterprise Harness, rules are enforced before every action, not reviewed afterwards in a report.
Agent passport
- Owner
- Sales Operations
- Access
- CRM (read), email (draft only)
- Limits
- max 50 actions/hour; no send without approval
- Evaluation
- suite v14 passed
- Audit
- every decision logged
- Human review
- required for external send
A blocked call
- crm.export_contactsThe agent requests an export of the contact base.
- policy.evaluateThe Policy Engine checks the agent identity, scope and limits.
- policy: denyBulk export is outside the authorized scope.
- audit.loggedDecision recorded in the audit log and the agent owner notified.
-
In the architecture, not a spreadsheet
Rules are versioned code, reviewed and tested like the rest of the system.
-
Least privilege by default
An agent starts with no access and receives only what the use case requires.
-
Every decision traceable
Input, context, tools and result are recorded and searchable.
INTEGRATIONS
Connects to what the company already uses.
The harness sits between agents and the rest of the stack, without replacing systems.
Models
- Any commercial or open-source provider
- Swap models without rewriting the agent
- Routing by cost and by task
Data
- Databases and data warehouses
- Documents and knowledge bases
- Internal APIs
Tools
- CRM and ERP
- Email and ticketing systems
- Legacy systems via API
WHERE IT RUNS
In the customer environment.
SEAX deploys the harness where the company data already lives.
-
Customer cloud
Deployed in the company cloud account, under its security policies.
-
Dedicated infrastructure
For regulated or isolated environments, on dedicated infrastructure.
-
Data in the perimeter
Data does not leave the perimeter defined by the customer.
FAQ
Questions about the platform
Do we need to replace the agents we already have?
You do not need to replace existing agents. The harness wraps agents already built through the Tool Gateway and policies, and they start running under the same rules.
How are harness policies written?
Policies are written as versioned code, reviewed and tested. Every change goes through the same approval and deployment flow as the rest of the system.
What happens when a policy blocks an action?
When a policy blocks, the action is not executed, the reason is recorded in the audit log and the agent owner is notified.
Can we audit an old agent decision?
Yes, every agent decision can be audited: input, context, tools called, the policy applied and the result are all recorded.
