Who we are

This site is operated by SEAX. For any matter related to personal data, write to comercial@vya.digital.

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect name, work email, company, role, interest, AI stage and, optionally, a description of the use case.

With each submission we record the page language, the source page, campaign parameters (UTM) and the IP address, used only for abuse protection.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to answer your sales contact request and schedule the session you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Storage

The site keeps no contact database. Submitted data is forwarded by email to the SEAX sales team and handled from there.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against bots and Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookie-free traffic statistics. When you pick a time, you use Google Calendar, subject to the Google privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to comercial@vya.digital, and you can withdraw the consent you gave.
